A “holy grail” of metalcore, prog rock, numetal, and more.
Brutal, beastly crunch and lead channels, plus a pristine clean channel.
Stands out with a raw, unique, highly saturated tone.
Heavy and articulate, with a low end that will rattle your bones.
An arsenal of pedals, and great-sounding cab IRs hand-picked to bring out its best.
With tons of character and an enormous sound, Shreddage Amp Venom is a true monster of metal.

DSP to the Highest Degree.
To reproduce the distinctive sound of the original as accurately as possible, the amp’s signal path has been modeled to the precision of individual tubes and circuits based on the original circuit diagram.
Shreddage Amp Venom delivers the brutal crunch, crystal-clear clean channel, massive low end, and enormous power of the real thing. If you need a beastly metal amp that will slice right through the mix and sound great while doing it, this is everything you need in one shiny package (with an uncommonly beautiful glassy clean tone, too).
An Arsenal of Essential Pedals.
Along with the killer amp itself, Shreddage Amp Venom comes loaded with pedals modeled after our favorites like the Tube Screamer, MXR Distortion, LA-2A optical compressor, and Klon Centaur overdrive, plus essentials like three-band EQ, analog-modeled BBD delay and chorus, and reverb.
There are both pre-amp and post-cab pedalboards with 6 slots each, so you can use whatever pedals you’d like in any order.

Matched to the Perfect Cabinet.
We dug through our entire collection of impulse responses (IRs) to pick out what was best suited for Shreddage Amp Venom specifically. The perfect fit is a Friedman 4×12 cabinet, loaded with Celestion GB25 Greenback and Celestion Vintage 30 speakers, with five hand-picked mic choices (SM57, R-121, R10, KSM8, M81) and two mic positions.
You can always turn on two cabinets at once and adjust the volume & panning between them to sculpt the perfect tone. And, of course, you can load your own impulse responses as well!
Hidden Gems and Cult Classics.
With the Shreddage Amp series, we are on a quest to bring you hard to find — and often hard to afford! — recording industry gems that define genres and inspire masterpieces. Rather than covering the same overdone amps that make you sound like everyone else, the amps we model are unique works of art that are high-end, boutique, and not widely produced. We think their incredible sound deserves to be accessible by everyone.

What people are saying about Shreddage Amp Venom
“Between Shreddage, Super Audio Cart, Juggernaut, and Mega Brass I don’t remember the last time I haven’t used an Impact Soundworks instrument in a track. The attention to detail is astonishing and it’s all so easy to use out of the box, which is a big deal.”
