Notes from the author: "For the included MIDI to play back properly, use MIDI guitar mode for the clean guitar. For the leads, bind CC2 to Hand Position. For rhythm, leave hand position at 0 (not automatic!). I used doubletracking guitars 1+4 as usual since they tend to sound wider together than 1+2."
