"I'm a keyboard player -- I can't even make a REAL guitar sound convincing. But Telos and Rosette are my go-to guitars because they sound incredible, sit well in a mix and are so easy to configure to my personal playing habits. I'm constantly discovering new ways to play them and they've saved my ass more times than I can count. And the pedal Steel is still my favorite library of its kind for Country, Folk and organic layering behind synths."

"Impact Soundworks' libraries are truly in a league of their own. I've been a long time user for as long as I can remember and it would take me a whole other producing lifetime to build the depths of these libraries on my own. As a Kontakt enthusiast who owns just about every library out there I can confidently say that Impact Soundworks' libraries stand in the top 1%, and that's saying something! No snake oil here. Just meticulously assembled libraries that are overflowing with creative sound design options and inspiration igniting presets."

Instruments from ISW are a staple of my soundtrack work for games. Vocalisa has been a mainstay vocal aesthetic of nearly every game I've worked on including Celeste & Chicory: A Colorful Tale. Shreddage 3 has also given me the confidence to write some really fun guitar riffs & solos despite not being able to play a real one. I've started incorporating Tokyo Scoring Strings into the acoustic side of my scoring work, and can't wait to try out more from ISW in the future!
Welcome to COSMOS, an evocative synth powered by atmospheric, pulsating, and ambient sounds, and inspired by the wonders of outer space. Each of the hundreds of unique ‘phrases’ (arpeggios, sequences, gates) and playable textures delivers a perfectly polished sound. Layer, tweak, and combine to create your perfect cosmic soundscape!
The sound sources included range from subtle bassy sequences and tonal pads, to harsh and bright arps in major/minor, trance-like layered synths, and ‘one note’ sonic evolutions. Whether you need harsh, smooth, noisy, or relaxing elements, COSMOS offers instant inspiration.
The phrases patch uses an engine based on our popular Allura library. A built-in tag browser lets you hone in on the perfect tempo-synced loop, then assign it to a keyswitch of your choice and perform it with the right hand. The ambiences patch gives you plenty of sound design tools, like a four-layer sequencer to add rhythmic elements to any of the included tonal or atonal soundsources.
COSMOS is perfect for electronic and ambient music, film/TV/game soundtracks, and even rock/metal tracks that need a spacey intro or breakdown.
Reviews
Cosmos – B. Free Productions
“Products like this are often some of my favorite and I end up using them MUCH more than the bigger, more expensive and wide ranging libraries. They’re fairly small, extremely focused, and provide amazing sounds with just enough controls to be tweakable, yet not overwhelming. Not to mention, the incredibly low price you pay for such amazing content. I can highly recommend Cosmos not only for media composers like myself, but for electronic music producers and more.” (9.25/10)

Cosmos – Beat Magazine
“You’ll get an energetic collection of atmospheric and pulsating sounds with a futuristic, hybrid style, ideal for underscore and film music. But Cosmos can also work for other genres like chillout and ambient. The sampled material is multifaceted and inspiring, with gentle as well as biting sounds. There’s also a big plus for the straightforward and simple operation.” (5/6 Stars)

“The atmospheric pulses sound great and offer plenty of variety and I love the ambiences, which have such lovely tones and dynamics. The library has many evocative, inspiring sounds, and the Kontakt instruments provide just the right amount of controls to adjust the sounds without getting too complicated. I reckon anyone looking for some quality cinematic sounds definitely check this out!”

Cosmos – Sample Library Review
“To me, that’s the big bonus here is, a nice, really nice collection of samples, easy to use, to jump in controls, and they all solidify into the same family.”
