In Fall 2025, we are celebrating the sounds closest to our hearts with all-new releases in our most beloved and most renowned series. We invite you to join us and be inspired, whether you have followed these series since day one or you’re being introduced to them for the first time.
Over a decade ago, the very first Shreddage revolutionized virtual electric guitars, providing unprecedented realism in a heavy rhythm guitar. Since then, the Shreddage series has continued to evolve and challenge the limits of what’s possible in a virtual instrument. It has expanded to encompass other genres, but it all began with heavy metal.
Our Shreddage Amp series continues this legacy with the new Shreddage Amp Venom, based on a "holy grail" 00s amp: the Framus Cobra. With its brutal tone, killer lower end, and tons of unique character, this cult-classic amp is beloved for its power to cut through the mix.
Tokyo Scoring Strings made a stir thanks to its groundbreaking Lookahead technology, which will forever change your workflow when writing string parts. It captures the distinctive sound of Japanese strings, as heard on countless game, anime, and film soundtracks. We overhauled the engine in 2024 and also introduced both a Free and an Essentials edition to give composers even more options.
Now, we’re proud to share the long-awaited Tokyo Scoring Solo Strings. Recorded in the same studio, and featuring the exquisite performance of Koichiro Muroya himself and his hand-picked section leaders, this library (which includes Violin 1, Violin 2, Viola, Cello, and Bass) shares the superior workflow and precise tone of Tokyo Scoring Strings.
Our roots are in video game music, and we are obsessively passionate about the music of the games we love. In 2016, we released the first Super Audio Cart, the most complete set of classic video game sounds in the world — until now.
The original featured 15 classic game systems and home computers spanning 1200 unique sound sources (instruments). Super Audio Cart 2 expands your retro game music horizon with the Playstation (PSX), Nintendo 64 (N64), and Game Boy Advance (GBA) consoles, along with the legendary SampleCell II PC card. This new content even includes officially licensed sound sources that appeared in countless critically acclaimed game soundtracks from this golden age, resulting in an enormous library of over 4000 unique patches.
These consoles have never before been available in virtual instrument format, and we cannot wait to hear how they inspire your music. But we didn't stop there: the entire Super Audio Cart engine has been rebuilt from scratch with a beautiful new UI, soundsource browser, vastly improved mod matrix, arpeggiator, and much, much more...
