Can I use the Kontakt Player to load your products?

We’ve been told that NI’s free Kontakt Player 4 will in fact load our libraries, but only for a very limited period of time. Our libraries are designed for the full version of Kontakt, not the player version. This allows us to save money on licensing fees and pass on the savings to you.

I downloaded one of your libraries, but when I try to open the RAR files, they’re corrupted. Help!

When extracting our multi-part libraries, you only need to extract part1.RAR once all files are downloaded! Simply opening part1 will automatically extract all the other files properly. If you are only extracting part 1 (with all other parts downloaded) but still encountering errors, keep reading:

Due to the way browsers work, sometimes a download that hasn’t finished will be reported as complete. The correct file sizes for our products are shown below. If the size of the files you downloaded does not match, re-download those files. If your key has been used up, just email us and we’ll provide you a new one.

My connection is very slow / I’m having trouble downloading the libraries.

Server loads can be high depending on how many other people are attempting downloads. However, we’re happy to mail you a DVD with the library you purchased on it if you’re having trouble. Shoot us an email explaining your situation and include your shipping address.
