Welcome to the relaunched Impact Soundworks website, designed by Joshua Morse. This new look coincides with another significant change; composer and sound designer Andrew Aversa has joined the company as a developer and is already at work on multiple projects. Here’s a glance at one of our upcoming products:
Sitar Nation is a three-in-one ethnic sample library, focusing on the sound of the Indian sitar, tambura, and tablas (or more accurately, tabla and baya.) No library to date has captured these instruments with as much detail as we have! Use it to recreate or mock up the sound of this ensemble with incredible realism and accuracy, or simply to add deep, exotic sounds into existing textures. Keep an eye out for the release in July 2008.
